Do you offer fixed pricing or custom pricing for design projects?
Player 5 Studio offers both types of pricing. All products on our e-commerce store are offered at a fixed price. If you would like us to design something just for you, feel free to contact us. Commissioned projects will always be at a custom price based on what you need us to create.
Does player 5 studio do refunds?
Yes and no. For products in the store, all sales are final. If you commission a project for us to do and feel at any time, you would like to stop, we’ll give you all your money back, no questions asked. However, if the commissioned project has already been completed, approved and full payment received, you cannot receive a refund.
How often are new products added to the store?
Products are constantly added to the store at any time. We strive for having a wide selection of products for customers to choose from for whatever their needs are.
How many revisions do you offer for commissioned projects?
This largely depends on the size of the project. For small projects requiring less than 2 weeks, we offer up to 2 revisions. For projects that take longer than 2 weeks, we offer up to 4 revisions.
are products in the store one-time purchases?
Yes, all products listed on the store are one-time purchases. Every product is unique and no additional versions/copies of it will be sold.
What can I do if I have an issue with my purchased product?
If you encounter any issues with the product you purchased from us and require assistance. Feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to solve the issue. All that we ask beforehand is to have your proof of purchase ready to verify that you did purchase the product from us.
How long does a project take to be completed?
The majority of projects will take 1-2 weeks from start to finish if you require one or two of the creative services we offer. If you require a wide range of our services, the time required to finish your project may require up to 4 weeks.
Can I get promotions or special offers?
Yes! By signing up for our email list, you’ll be the first to know about exclusive promotions and receive special promotions/discounts exclusive to our email list members.
